Each garment made is unique, none is the same as another, all the pieces have been made for months using ancient embroidery techniques.

Did you receive something other than what you bought online or is your product defective?

• Any clarification will be received only in the next 3 business days upon receipt of the product via email to: fulltedechiapas@gmail.com
• Once the status of the product and the purchase conditions are validated, the product will be exchanged. If we still have stock in the color you require, the change is made for the same product. If we do not have the tone you need, we can make a color change or for another product in our range, as long as it has the same value as the product originally purchased or paying the difference. If the product is of a lower price than the initially purchased, you must complete the amount with some other product, since it is not possible to return the difference in cash.
• There are no changes or refunds on products bought in promotion or with a discount, night sales, special sales or purchases made during the good end.
• There are no cash refunds. The refunds approved by Yólotl Nook will be by way of electronic credit to be used only in the online store and apply only in the event that the product (s) received are found to be defective and without a trace of having been used or destroyed on purpose.
• We are in no way responsible for returned products lost in transit.

  • Our shipping service is available only in  Mexico . For international shipments please contact us at fulltedechiapas@gmail.com
  • The standard shipping price to all of Mexico is  $ 200 MXN  as long as it does not exceed  5 kilograms, shipping applied within the price of the products.
  • All purchase orders made through the website will be delivered by parcel and courier companies outside of Llénate de Chiapas & Yólotl Nook.
  • The delivery of the product will be made at the address indicated by the user on the account portal or at a different address provided by the user, which must be done at the time of confirming the order.
  • The delivery time will be  5  10 business days , counted from when the full amount of the purchase has been received.
  • In the event that the parcel does not reach the requested location, the parcel will be deposited at the nearest parcel branch.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 pm will go out until the next day.
  • In the event that no one is found to receive the package at the address provided on the first or second visit, the package will be deposited at the nearest branch and will be left there for three business days, if not claimed, our warehouse will be returned  and the customer must pay the cost of the return.
  • Product deliveries will be made on business days only and may take up to 10 business days in some cases.

  • All products will be packed at no extra cost.
  • Within a maximum period of 48 hours after your online purchase, you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can track the product. This policy does not apply to bridge days, holidays, good ends and other non-working days.
